Khloe is an accomplished Real Estate Professional and the driving force behind Land PRO Realty, where she serves as the Managing Broker and Owner. With nearly 10 years of real estate experience, Khloe has built a reputation for guiding her clients through some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. Her expertise spans a wide range of Real Estate industries, including, Residential & Recreational Land, Farms, First-time homebuyers, New Construction, Luxury Homes and Estates and Commercial Real Estate. Khloe’s passion for real estate was inspired by her father’s extensive career in commercial and agricultural real estate and development. She officially began her career in 2016 with a Keller Williams franchise brokerage, focusing on residential real estate. As her family grew, so did Khloe’s ambition. She transitioned to being an independent agent, during which time she achieved significant recognition, including multiple "Listing and Sales Leader of the Month" awards. In 2023, Khloe took her career to the next level by launching her own brokerage, Land Pro Realty. Affiliations and Achievements: National Realtors Association and a member of MIBOR, SIRA, and IRMLS. Beyond Real Estate: When she’s not leading her brokerage or helping clients, Khloe dedicates her time to raising her three children and managing her nonprofit organization, Karsyn’s K9’s, which raises money for service dogs for children. With over 45 years of experience in commercial and agricultural real estate, KL has made a significant impact in both the development and management of properties across a wide array of industries. His career spans from new developments to value-added properties, with a focus on maximizing potential and value through hands-on, proactive strategies.
Starting his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 14, KL first raised cattle and sold hay and straw. By 19, he had already purchased his first farm, and by 20, his first commercial property. Raised in a family rooted in agriculture and heavy equipment on one side, and the commercial shrimping and net fishing industry in Florida on the other, KL brings a unique blend of commercial, agricultural, and sporting experience.
Throughout his career, KL has founded over 50 internal entities within Presnell Companies, overseeing the development, construction, management, and financing of over a million square feet of commercial real estate and thousands of acres of agricultural and timberland. He has personally facilitated real estate acquisitions totaling more than $300 million, managing more than 1,000 tenants at any given time.
His leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award at age 39.
KL is also the founder of Farm FLEX Capital, and Land PRO Inc. where he has bought, sold, and managed thousands of acres of agricultural, timber, and recreational land across the Midwest and South, working with a network of qualified agricultural associates.
In addition to his real estate and agricultural ventures, KL has developed the Presnell Sporting Collection, a high-end membership club for hunting and fishing enthusiasts. This venture serves the elite sportsman and provides expertise on maximizing the income potential of farms and ranches.
He also founded CATT FORCE, a licenses Government Defense Contract company that offers specialized tactical training, mission planning, and execution for military, law enforcement, and other governmental departments. KL dedication to the field has earned him the Exceptional Meritorious Service Award from the Indiana Military Department.
KL also founded CATT Ministries Foundation and Big Buck Boot Camp are dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations focused on providing impactful outdoor experiences for those in need. Their mission is to offer a safe and enriching environment for disadvantaged youth, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and the terminally ill to experience the healing power of nature. Based in Indiana, these organizations specialize in hunting and outdoor activities designed to foster wellness, personal growth, and community spirit.
Through their carefully organized programs, participants can enjoy a wide array of outdoor sporting activities that emphasize teamwork, learning, and exploration. The programs are tailored to create a supportive, fun, and safe space where individuals can bond, share experiences, and strengthen their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
CATT Ministries Foundation and Big Buck Boot Camp aim to not only provide recreational opportunities but also to inspire hope and connection, making a lasting difference in the lives of their participants.

Roger Curry is a 1973 graduate from Indiana University. He graduated with a Juris Doctor Law Degree in 1976 and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law. Mr. Curry practiced law from 1977 through 1991, specializing in construction, business law and litigation. He then transitioned full time into real estate development, acquisition, management, financing and restructuring with Presnell Companies.
Mr. Curry is Executive Vice President of Presnell Companies. He has worked with K.L. Presnell to assemble a real estate portfolio that grew to over a thousand tenants and approximately one million square feet of leased space. Mr. Curry was intimately involved in the due diligence and closing of the hundreds of properties that comprised Presnell Companies. He handled all aspects of the financing, with expertise in CMBS and other complex lending strategies.
Mr. Curry has developed and implemented exit strategies for real estate and business owners. There has not been a problematic transaction he has not materially improved. His strength is undertaking a street-smart analysis honed with his legal skills and forty years of success in business and developing and implementing a strategy that transforms the project.
Mr. Curry specializes in contract law and specifically real estate contract law for all of the Presnell Companies including but not limited to Farm FLEX Capital LLC, Land PRO Realty Inc. and Land PRO Realty & Auctions, LLC.
MARILYN WELLS, CFO

Marilyn graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She began her career at Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting firm, specializing in insurance and hospital audits and preparing financial statements for these audits. After three years, she left as a Senior Associate to join George S. Olive & Co., a regional accounting firm, where she focused on audits and financial statements for non-profit organizations for five years, eventually leaving as a manager to dedicate time to raising her two children.
While raising her family, Marilyn worked part-time as an accountant for a local home renovation company, a role that soon expanded to full-time. From 2000 to 2023, she served as Office Manager, overseeing all accounting, tax functions, vendor and subcontractor management, customer relations, and interior design elements. In 2012, she earned her real estate license and began working as an Associate Broker while continuing her office management duties. She also managed 22 rental properties for the company from 2008 to 2022. Additionally, she served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Franklin Heritage Inc. from 2020 to 2023.
In 2023, Marilyn launched her own accounting firm, M2 Business Solutions Inc. She joined Presnell Companies in February 2024, where she now serves as Chief Financial Officer, managing finances for multiple entities, including Farm Flex Capital LLC, Land PRO Realty Inc., and Land PRO Auctions LLC. Marilyn is also a licensed real estate broker with Land PRO Realty Inc.
She holds a CPA license and is a certified QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor. She is also a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker, a Notary Public, and a member of the National Association of Realtors and MIBOR. As a licensed auctioneer, Marilyn is a member of the National Auction Association, Indiana Auctioneers Association, and Ohio Auctioneers Association. She is on track to receive the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) designation by the end of 2024.
